Set in a rural location with private gardens of 3,500 sq meters. The current owner refurbished the 120 sq meter Villa in 2003.
The villa sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms, 1 en-suite and shower room.
  The lounge, dining and kitchen areas are well appointed with all modern appliances. WiFi available and English TV
Private 5m x 9m (1.9m deep) Roman swimming pool and sun loungers, plus plenty of shaded seating areas if required!

The Villa is available through the summer on a weekly let:

1st to 15th July - 1,850.00 Euro per week for 6 persons (approx 1,600 GBP)
15th July & August - 2,150.00 Euro per week for 6 persons (approx 1,940 GBP)
September -1,850.00 Euro per week for 6 persons (approx 1,600 GB pounds)

Please contact us to discuss your individual requirements.
A 300 GB pound retainer/bond is also payable, that is returned usually within a week of your stay assuming all is left in order!
Changeover is normally a Saturday.
At the start/end of the season it might be possible to do reduced occupancy. 
Pound/Euro exchange rate based on 1.10Euro = 1 pound, this can change so please contact us for exact pricing.

Notes on accommodation

All linen, including house towels are provided.  Please provide your own pool and beach towels. 

Other services available are:
- Welcome pack, ideal if arriving on a late flight. Basic includes, bread, milk, tea, coffee, washing up liquid, bottle wine! etc
- Luxury welcome pack has all the basic plus fresh fruit, salad, ham, cheese and a cava! etc
- We can provide a service of beach towels, to save you luggage space! 
- Baby sitting service, for during the day and evening.  Sitters are bi-lingual. 

The villa is well furbished with WiFi, 4 burner cooker, oven, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine (in outside utility room), washing lines, TVs (lounge with English TV), DVD, BBQ, hair dryer, iron and board, private parking, books, games etc

Accessibility

The property is single story with just a small threshold at the patio doors to get in/out.  The paths in the garden are rustic.   The area around the swimming pool is smooth.

Outside

Set in 3,500 sq meters of walled private gardens the villa is ideally suited for families with plenty of space for the sun loungers around the private pool.  The Villa has a BBQ and outside drying area.   Washing machine is in the outside laundry room to the rear.

Further details

The Villa is situated in a quiet local residential area with a walled garden of 3,500 sg meters so ideal for a peaceful holiday.  It is furbished as a home and not a rental property, so has books, jigsaw puzzles, toys and games, picnic box etc.  There is a hair dryer in the villa, plus iron and ironing board.   Each bedroom has an electric fan plus A/C in the lounge area. A cot can be arranged with advance notice.

There are many restaurants on the waterfront of the harbour, Menorcan and International which is only 20 minutes drive away.

The villa is on the outskirts of San Luis, a typical Menorcan village.  It is approx a 10 minute walk along a flat country lane to get to the 9 plus bars/restaurants that are available. A large super market is only 5 minutes walk away.

The town of Mahon is less than15 minutes away, by either car or local bus or Taxi for just 10 euros.

There are many sandy beaches on Menorca with Binibeca being about 15 minutes drive away.  Es Grau and Mesquida are within 30 minutes drive of the Villa and Es Grau boasts several Restaurents and Bars.   Canoes, Kayaks and Pedalo`s can be hired there, and it is possible to take a water taxi to the Isle de Colom and arrange to be picked up later.  Close by is the nature reserve of Albufura through which runs a well marked trail.

On the way to Mesquida can be seen the impressive headland which is home to the well known Fish Restaurant (Cap Roig).
